Patch Notes: 4.7.42.1 [PC & SWITCH] UPDATE #3

Features

  • Add support for Valve’s Steamdeck
  • Add new Kettle engine, a heavy power steam train. Unlocked by playing new steam terraforming missions.
  • Add traditional Chinese localization
  • Add improved simplified Chinese localization

Regions

  • Add three new steam terraforming story missions as a late-game side-branch!
  • Move appliance factory on map “The Spire” away from voucher exchange to reduce player confusion
  • Expand early game maps to be larger with more player choices

UI

  • Rename Quit, to Quit to Desktop [PC Only].
  • Improve clarity of quit related in-game options
  • Add DPI scales mouse cursor sizes for 125%, 150%, 175%, 200%, 225% scales. Size matched on game startup. Changing Windows DPI mid-game will not adjust the mouse scale [PC Only].
  • Boost size of DPI 100% mouse cursor
  • Make engines list in a stable ordering on train configuration menu

Bugs

  • Fix bug in flooring sub-seconds finish times losing player’s S Rank 
  • Fix squashing of xbox trigger icons in tutorial text

Crash Fixes

  • Fix random crash from invalid entity limiter
